Join Our Spring Wine Bottling Party!

Join us in the wine cellar this April to kick off the Spring release season and bottle & label your very own bottle of wine!

This Spring we’re bottling a brand new, semi-sweet white wine, made from a blend of delicate Pinot Gris grapes, savory and fruit-forward Riesling, and WNY favorite – Niagara! As the weather starts to break this season, this limited edition blend is one you’re going to want on ice for all your patio parties, and reserving tickets to our bottling party is the only way to guarantee you’ll get your hands on a bottle!

Our Spring Bottling Party is happening FRIDAY, April 17th from 4-8pm!
Each ticket holder will take a turn bottling, corking, and labeling their very own bottle of wine to take home, with refreshments and light hors d’eourves available while they wait.

Tickets include: 3 wine tastings, 1 glass of wine, light hors d’oeuvres and a bottle of wine that YOU bottle and take home.

*Escarpment Elite Wine Club Members may purchase up to 2 discounted tickets ($30 each) per membership for this event. Name on reservation must match name on Wine Club Membership.

Coming up NEXT WEEK: Wine Tasting Deconstructed

Join us Saturday, 2/28 for a hands‑on sensory workshop designed to help you understand why you taste what you taste — and how to build a stronger, more confident palate.

In this guided session, you’ll move beyond the swirl‑and‑sip routine and into a deeper sensory journey. Each aroma becomes more vivid. Each flavor becomes more layered. And each sip becomes a story — one you’ll be able to read with more confidence long after the workshop ends.

unpack some of the most common wine‑tasting descriptors through smell, touch, and taste—turning abstract notes into something tangible.

This isn’t just a tasting; it’s an invitation to feel, perceive, and rediscover wine in a whole new way.

Because wine is more than what’s in the glass. Every sip tells a story, and the stronger your sensory foundation, the more layers you’ll uncover with every pour—reshaping and enriching the way you taste wine long after the workshop ends.
